FEFCO codes are a four digit number that denotes the style of a carton, box, folder or fitting according to an industry standard. For more information you can download a FEFCO guide book here. Below are a few examples of the most popular styles:
Flaps meeting on the base, open top.
Flaps meeting top and bottom. The most popular carton style.
Flaps fully overlapping top and bottom for added strength.
Corner cut folder that has flaps to meet. A good choice for shallow products.
A five panel folder that has a side seam.
An alternative five panel folder that has a centre seam.
